 We're almost there for this years show.  Please get your entry forms in by Tuesday 30th August (to any of the 5 addresses on the Entry Form).  Even if you don't enter please do visit the show on the day.  The exhibits are a showcase for all the talented people we have in Westbury on Trym.  There is lots of food on offer and plenty of entertainment for the children and adults.  At 50p entry a bargain (and the children come in for free)

The schedules for the show have been printed and are in the local shops.


The 2016 WOT Village Show

The theme will be 'SEASONS'

Volunteers welcome to help with the show. 

Get involved in this very successful local community event. 

The committee are happy to welcome new volunteers, regardless of how much (or little) time you have available. Everyone has a skill, just use the Contact Form to make contact.  Here are some idea of ways you could help :
- Bake a cake for the refreshments
- Help in the Kitchen
- Steward on the day
- Share your useful contacts in the community
- Suggest ideas on how we could improve the show
- Put up Tables and Gazebos on the Friday evening
- Join our committee during the year (we meet once a month to organise the show)
- Judge a category
- Donate a raffle or tombola prize
